Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Participants must have a valid X (Twitter) account and must follow all contest rules stated in the announcement.
The contest is void where prohibited by law.
Pineapple does not ship physical prizes to the following regions:
• Russia
• Belarus
• Countries under international sanctions or where shipping/logistics are restricted
• War/conflict zones where postal services are suspended
If a winner resides in a restricted region, Pineapple may:
a) substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or lower value, or
b) disqualify the entry if delivery is impossible.
2. How to Enter
To participate, users must:
1. Use JuicedMode on PineappleDEX.
2. Take a screenshot of their chart/trade setup/analysis.
3. Post it publicly on X (Twitter) with the required hashtags and mentions as stated in the contest post.
4. Ensure their account is public for the entire contest duration.
Each participant may submit multiple posts, but only one can win per user.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Contest Duration
Start and end dates will be stated in the official X announcement.
Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
4. Prizes
Prizes include
• MacBook Pro
• Ledger Nano X
Pineapple reserves the right to replace any prize with a similar item of equal or greater value due to availability or shipping limitations.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except at Pineapple’s discretion.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected based on creativity, clarity, quality of analysis, and alignment with JuicedMode features, or randomly depending on the rules mentioned in the X announcement.
Pineapple retains the right to disqualify entries that:
• Contain inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent material
• Use fake engagement or bot activity
• Violate X’s community guidelines
• Are posted from newly created or suspicious accounts
Failure to respond within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. Verification
Pineapple may require winners to verify:
• Age
• Identity
• Ownership of the X account used
• Eligibility to receive the prize
Failure to provide verification may result in disqualification.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Physical prizes will be shipped to eligible countries only.
Winners are responsible for submitting accurate shipping information.
Pineapple is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by customs
• Lost or damaged packages
• Fees, taxes, or import duties applied by the recipient’s country
Participants from restricted regions may receive an alternative digital reward if shipping is not possible.
8. Rights & Usage
By entering, participants grant Pineapple the right to:
• Repost, share, or feature their submitted content on Pineapple’s social media
• Use submitted images in marketing materials, with credit provided where reasonable
• Display the content in future promotional campaigns
Participants retain ownership of their content.
9. Liability
Pineapple is not responsible for:
• Technical issues preventing entry
• Account restrictions or suspensions on X
• Loss of access to wallets, devices, or accounts
Participants engage at their own risk.
10. Modification & Cancellation
Pineapple reserves the right to:
• Modify contest rules
• Cancel or suspend the contest
• Disqualify participants for suspicious activity
• Adjust prize quantities or distribution
Any changes will be communicated via official channels.
11. Acceptance of Terms
